To facilitate the financial management of the village, the government together with BPK develop an application called Rural Financial System (SISKEUDES). SISKEUDES made reference to the Regulation No. 20 of 2018. It is expected that with this application, the accountability of the financial statements can be realized as well as increased effectiveness and efisiensi.Tujuan this study was to analyze the application SISKEUDES in Nagari Labuah Panjang and determine whether the user is able to improve the effectiveness of the financial management nagari. Type of study used a qualitative descriptive study with case study approach.
Data obtained by direct practice, interviews, and documentation on Nagari Labuah Panjang. Data obtained in the form of primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained by researchers by means of direct practice and direct interviews with sources. While the secondary data, which has been documented in Nagari Labuah Panjang as a brief history, organizational structure, and financial statements.
The results showed that the application is very helpful SISKEUDES Nagari Labuah Panjang primarily in four parts: the implementation of village financial management, administration, reporting, and accountability. But to operate it is only one person who is able to village treasurer and understand, so that when the treasurer was unable to leave work, then the application process can be stopped.
